Bruce Guenther
Director of Business Development – Bruce is a diverse Industrial sales professional/entrepreneur with extensive experience in launching and growing a successful technology business. Mr. Guenther has over twenty-five years of business to business technology sales experience with national level account growth and management responsibilities. He has application level technology skills in hardware, software, networking and digital media. In 1995 Mr. Guenther founded ComWorks Multimedia Inc. which he grew to over one million in sales to Fortune 500 customers in industries such as Steel, Petrochemical, Automotive and Paper.
Louis Johnson IV
Director of Engineering – Before graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management, Summa Cum Laude from Devry University, Mr. Johnson studied electrical and computer engineering at the University of Michigan and information technology at the University of Phoenix. Louis has been a hands-on electronics engineer in the telecommunications industry for over 27 years and is certified as a professional broadcast engineer by the Society of Broadcast Engineers. At the same time, as an entrepreneur he has managed multiple computer systems design, installation and support projects, including business system relocation and resumption services. His experience includes facilities communication and power systems design and management, often acting as liaison between customers, engineers, installers and OEM’s. Louis manages projects using PMI methods and believes in maintaining a high level of communication between all parties while acting as liaison, troubleshooter and backup for all business and technical project team members.
Steven J. Tomba
Director of Sales – Steve is a sales management professional from the automotive and manufacturing industries, with over 20 years of diverse experience analyzing new business development opportunities, strategic alliances and partnerships. He has strong business acumen and has participated in numerous new product developments of emerging technologies which utilized strategic and tactical sales methods from personal selling to website marketing. His entrepreneurial spirit allows him to identify and create opportunities and through persistence, accomplishes his goals. He is an innovative thinker and an “in the trenches” executive with crossborder knowledge of core business practices. He has lead stretch initiatives and implemented change to meet an organization’s mission and objectives. Tomba graduated from Walsh College with a BBA in Marketing.

Chief Financial Officer – Glenn is a business professional with over 17 years corporate experience in marketing, strategic planning and new business development with Fortune 500 companies in the telecommunications, health care and automotive industries. In addition to his corporate background, Glenn has spent the last 5 years as an entrepreneur where he has successfully acquired funding for and managed two ventures. He holds a BA degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA degree from the University of Michigan.
